Fan Kam Yuk(「本公司」)為所有產品及雕刻服務訂立以下條款及細則。
如客戶使用本公司之產品或服務,即代表已閱讀、明白並同意以下內容。
Fan Kam Yuk (“the Company”) has established the following Terms & Conditions for all products and engraving services.
By using our products or services, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
**1. 一般條款 General Terms**
1.1 本公司提供之所有產品、服務、訂製項目及來料加工,均受本條款約束。
All products, services, custom work and material-processing work are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 客戶下單即代表完全接受本條款之約束。
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
**2. 訂購流程 Order Process**
2.1 所有客製化產品/雕刻服務須於草稿製作前全數付款。
Full payment is required before any design draft is prepared.
2.2 客戶於付款後將收到設計草稿以供確認。
A design draft will be provided for customer approval after payment.
2.3 草稿一經確認後,本公司將按確認內容進行正式製作,
恕不接受任何修改、取消或退款要求。
Once the draft is approved, production begins and no changes, cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
**3. 退款及取消安排 Refunds & Cancellations**
3.1 若客戶在本公司開始製作草稿前要求取消訂單,可獲退回 產品價格的 50%。
If cancellation is requested before any draft is created, the customer may receive a refund of 50% of the product price.
3.2 一旦草稿已送出或製作已開始,該訂單 一律不設退款。
No refunds are available once a draft has been issued or production has begun.
3.3 所有運費、送貨費、手續費及已產生之成本費用均不設退款。
Delivery fees, courier fees and any incurred costs are strictly non-refundable.
**4. 客人來料加工 Customer-Supplied Materials**
4.1 客戶如提供自備物料(例如玻璃、木材、金屬、私人物品等)以進行雕刻或加工,
必須確保物料狀態良好並適合雕刻。
Customers who supply their own materials must ensure the item is in good condition and suitable for engraving.
4.2 本公司會以專業方式處理物品,但來料加工本身存在自然風險,包括但不限於:
• 破裂、碎裂
• 刮花、掉色
• 表面不平、變形
• 雕刻效果不均或不如預期
The Company will handle all items with care, but processing customer-supplied materials involves inherent risks such as breakage, scratches, discoloration, uneven surfaces, or unexpected engraving results.
4.3 客戶須完全了解及接受來料加工之所有風險。
本公司對任何因加工而產生之損壞、瑕疵或損失恕不承擔賠償責任。
Customers fully acknowledge and accept all risks. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to customer-supplied materials.
4.4 若加工失敗,本公司可視情況豁免加工費,
但不會就物料之價值或 sentimental value 進行賠償。
If processing fails, the Company may waive service fees, but no compensation will be provided for the item itself.
**5. 產品特性與差異 Product Characteristics & Variations**
5.1 天然材質(如石材、木材等)可能存在色差、紋理差異、斑點、氣孔屬自然現象,並非品質問題。
Natural variations in materials such as stone or wood (color, texture, grains, pores) are normal and not considered defects.
5.2 雕刻效果會因物料硬度、顏色深淺、表面粗糙度而有所不同。
Engraving results may vary due to material hardness, color tone, and surface conditions.
5.3 成品與電腦草稿之間可能存在正常差異。
Final products may differ slightly from digital drafts due to material and engraving characteristics.
**6. 交收、運送及風險 Delivery, Collection & Risk Transfer**
6.1 客戶可選擇店舖自取、面交或送貨服務。
Customers may choose store pick-up, in-person collection, or delivery service.
6.2 貨品一經交收(包括第三方物流派遞),風險即轉移至客戶。
Risk transfers to the customer once the item is handed over or collected.
6.3 本公司不負責任何因第三方物流造成之:
• 延誤
• 損毀
• 遺失
The Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers.
6.4 若因地址錯誤或無人收件而需要重新安排送貨,客戶需承擔額外費用。
Additional fees will be charged for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
**7. 售後安排 After-Sales**
7.1 所有客製化產品均不設退換。
Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
7.2 若收到貨品後發現問題,客戶必須於 24 小時內 提供相片並通知本公司。
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the item.
**8. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability**
8.1 本公司對因服務或產品所引致的任何直接、間接或衍生損失不承擔責任。
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8.2 如本公司須承擔賠償責任(如適用),賠償上限為該訂單產品價格的一半(50%)。
If liability is applicable, the maximum compensation is limited to 50% of the product price.
**9. 條款修訂及最終決定權 Revisions & Final Decision**
9.1 本公司保留於任何時間修訂條款之權利,恕不另行通知。
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
9.2 本公司就本條款及所有訂單保留最終決定權。
The Company reserves the right of final decision for all matters related to these Terms & Conditions.
